How corrections work

Confirmed factual, source or formula errors are corrected promptly. Material changes receive a dated note explaining what changed and whether saved decisions should be reviewed.

Report an issue

The public contact mailbox is intentionally still a launch-readiness blocker. Once configured, reports should include the page URL, disputed statement and preferred primary source.
